Judicaël Vlieghe

Judicaël has always aimed for excellence. At 18, he was admitted to the Cours Florent in Paris, one of only two people accepted that year. He then succeeded in finance, quickly reaching the top of sales and building a team of 25 people.

After a success in catering, he launched into real estate, tripling the turnover of a company in 15 months and recruiting 18 people. He also propelled Keller Williams Belgium from 0 to 25 agents in 2 years, making the company a reference in Brussels.

In 2022, Judicaël joined Rêve Coaching, now helping major real estate players in Belgium and France, managing a client portfolio generating more than €500 million in real estate transactions each year. His passion for developing others makes him a valuable partner for the Rêve Coaching team.

Shannon Selig

Shannon, who grew up in the real estate industry with a wealth of experience from her mother, distinguished herself by launching a mentoring program at age 25, recruiting 50 agents and generating over $20 million in sales in six months. As a team leader of an agency, she grew the number of agents from 300 to over 500, with $1.2 billion in sales in three years.

Gordon Tygart of Performing Writer said Shannon exceeded expectations and inspired others. After opening 16 franchises in 18 months, she now focuses on coaching with her company Rêve Coaching. She serves the largest real estate agencies in the United States with over $1.5 billion in sales and helps startups in France and Canada. Shannon embodies her vision and personal challenge every day.

Grégory Courtois

Gregory Courtois, a real estate expert for over 12 years, spent 4 years training and coaching at Keller Williams. During his career, he had the opportunity to meet many real estate advisors and clients, thus developing a deep passion for understanding human nature.

With this passion, Gregory turned to the DISC tool to enrich his interpersonal communication. He has used these skills in coaching, training, recruiting, and closing successful sales.

Today, Gregory Courtois is proud to join the Rêve Coaching team. His goal is to help you better understand yourself and improve your relationships with others, thus contributing to your success in the real estate field.
